• More control over your account information
• Access to both the Message Companion desktop application and a web interface. To use Message Companion, download it and log in with your username and password (you must have registered).
• New ways to import your recipients’ cell phone numbers
• Creation of SMS Templates. Create a messages (potentially including Value fields like name and surname), and save it as a template. In future, use this template instead of retyping a standard message
• Improved downloadable Sent Report, from where you can see which of your messages was delivered, which failed, any replies etc.
• Replies report
• Automatic deleting of numbers from your groups when a recipient indicated he/she does not want to receive smss anymore. This list is viewable and the person can be contacted to find out any reasons for his/her unsubscription request.
• Creation of Sub Accounts. This means your children/employees etc. can now have their own logins under your account, with the option of sharing groups. Credits are held by the main account holder and credits can be assigned to any sub account.
• Competition Lines setup
• Automatic Birthday SMSs. This can also be used for sending SMSs to clients with regards to appointment reminders etc.
• Direct integration into the SMS gateway. That is, the website is not required to send SMSs. SMSs can be sent from an application directly. (Programming skills required).
